How are the tiers priced?
Three tiers - Local (£29/mo), Featured (£79/mo), Anchor (£149/mo). Annual options cover term-time (Sep–May) and are billed once at £249, £649, £1,199 respectively. The price you see is the price you pay, billed by card via Stripe.
What does the Local tier (£29/mo) get me?
You get 1 active deal, listing in the Deals tab, profile page with a campus map pin and analytics dashboard (views + redemptions). Right for everyday partners who want a steady, always-on presence.
What does the Featured tier (£79/mo) get me?
Everything in Local, plus, you get up to 3 active deals, highlighted in your category and highlighted campus map pin. Right for partners who want clear visibility and headroom to run multiple offers.
What does the Anchor tier (£149/mo) get me?
Everything in Featured, plus, you get up to 10 active deals, top-of-category placement, homepage hero rotation and limited to 2 partners per category. Right when you want to dominate a window like Welcome Week or exam season.
How do redemption codes work?
Each listing has its own code that students show in-store or enter online. We do not handle redemption - the code lets you measure what came from the app and apply your discount however you like. Most partners use a simple alphanumeric code; we can also generate single-use codes on request.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Monthly tiers run for the month you have paid for and you can cancel any time before the next billing date - no notice period. Annual term-time packages are non-refundable but transferable to another business under the same ownership. Founding Advertiser pricing locks for 3 months.
What kind of deals are accepted?
Anything legal and student-relevant: discounts, BOGO, freebies, exclusives, taster offers, group rates. We do not accept gambling, vaping/tobacco, predatory finance, "unlimited drinks for £X" promotions, or anything that targets under-18s with alcohol. We reserve the right to decline a listing - you get a full refund if we do.
Do you guarantee a number of views or downloads?
No, and be sceptical of anyone who does. We share what the audience and engagement actually look like in your monthly report. If a listing is genuinely underperforming we will work with you to fix the creative or move you to a better slot.
